We invite you to join us in raising funds and supplies at the annual Grail Festival –Quest for Goodwill, to be held September 17, 2011 10:00am – 4pm at Ritchie Community Hall in Edmonton (7727-98St). Proceeds from the event will go to assist the work of several active animal rescue groups operating for the good of abandoned, abused and neglected animals in and around our city.
Medieval Festival features: Tarot readers, Knights of the Northern Realm, Sale Tables, Silent Auction (must be able to pick up auction wins by 5:00 pm), hair/body art. Come meet the Rescue Societies we are supporting. Fun for the entire family!!
It is the goal of the Grail Festival, through the “Quest for Goodwill”, to provide these organizations with much needed supplies and cash donations. It is with this goal in mind that we appeal to your sense of goodwill to help us make this happen. This year we have chosen the following groups to be recipients of the proceeds:
For the Love of Danes Rescue Society
Second Chance Animal Rescue Society (SCARS)
Whitecourt Homeless Animal Rescue Foundation (WHARF)
Wildlife Rehabilitation Society of Edmonton
Little Cats Lost (Trap-Neuter-Return) Society
The Edmonton Reptile & Amphibian Rescue Society (ERAS)

The societies are all non-profit organizations, and as such, rely completely on volunteer effort and fundraising activities.
